These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by International Mapping ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, APIs, and related software ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Services. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. While we maintain transmitted data to provide the Services, we accept no liability for data loss or corruption beyond what is required by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data.

We reserve the right to deny access to, suspend, or terminate your use of the Services at any time and without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTERNATIONAL MAPPING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith informal negotiations for a period of sixty (60) days from the date one party notifies the other of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
